This was an EPC Project for Early Civil Works for 9 different areas approx. 840,217 m2, road construction (3.5 Km) and drain works for 7 km approx. Other works included supply & installation of power lights, fence & gate for P&E laydown area and construction of guard house.
ATCO scope included the development of Water injection facilities , scope comprised earth works, excavation & backfilling, installation of piles, development of equipment foundations, steel structural works, installation of mechanical equipment, installation of piping & tubing, hydro testing, leak tests, laying of E & I cables, loop testing, installation of field instruments, commissioning of developed facilities.
ATCO scope included development works of 12 wellheads which comprised of area preparation, supply and pouring of 4000 m3 of concrete for pipe supports, mechanical equipments, E & I instruments and CCR foundations, Supply fabrication and installation of 80 tons of steel structure , fabrication and installation piping 12000 Dia inches for flow lines & interconnecting piping , Radiographic testing, hydro testing, surface preparation and painting for installed piping and steel structure, Laying, termination , dressing & connections , loop testing of E & I Cables, installation of control and F & G instruments, supply and installation of CCR, terminations and connections inside CCR, Piping and E & I Tie in connections of new facilities with existing facilities.
ATCO Scope comprised of early civil works for development of 6 wellpads , power plant area, GSCC & several other area and 24.5Km of asphalt road. Early civil works included pouring of 33000m3 concrete, 38000 m3 of excavation and 1 million m3 of of soil back filling ,instalaltion of solar lighting system, supply & installation of T-Wall (approx. 7km) and earthing etc.
ATCO scope included design, supply ,installation and commissioning of 3 units of containerized RO system, 60,000 liters/day capacity, FRP water storage tanks, 20,000 liters capacity ,& Related Civil foundations , interconnecting pipng and E & I Works.
ATCO scope included Delivery and Installation of 7 nos.of 4m x 6m Prefabricated Cabin c/w Furniture, Toilet, Bed, Air Condition, Septic Tank, Water Tank Piping, Genset and Maintenance & Operation of the same facility for a period of 6 months.

We provided specialized personnel and equipment requested to carry out work activities for supplying and installing mobile portable cabins for accommodation,offices, bathrooms and recreation areas. This camp contains of 55 mobile caravans that can accommodate about 100 persons. We have also built steel prefab workshop and diesel generators sets with sheds and accessories.

Rehabilitation and Renovation of Al-Hila Surgery Hospital
AL TAFAWEQ Company initiated mobilization / demobilization; we provided specialized personnel and equipment as requested by the client to carry out the job. Work includes supplying prefabricated steel buoys linked to nets consisted of steel wire ropes, cast in site huge anchor blocks to support the lines of the nets inside the lake of the dam, and install cathodic protection system.
Provision and Installation of galvanized steel electrical towers 400 KV.
Work also included surveys, excavation, pouring concrete footings, installed the steel tower with all overhead aluminum Conductors.
We performed successfully as a prime Contractor for MOE Performing all the work specified on this project except design.
We provided and installed overhead aluminum Conductors and transformers for low tension in four districts including provision and installation of 250 kv a. 400 kv a and 600 kva Transformers.

Supplied and Installed two Water Treatment Plant Compact units for potable water with Capacity 200 m3/hr. Coordinated Sscurity in Mosul an extremely high Security area. Also installed steel structure for water intake along the river side and laid pipeline network consisting of DIP, CSP, UPVC pipe along with all associated Civil Works. We participated successfully as a prime contractor to the General Directorate for water supply, performing all of the work specified on this Project.
ATCO Performed investigations and Surveys. Coordinated Security in Sadr City an extremely high Security area. Supplied and Installed the water distribution network including excavation. dewatering. shoring, compacting and leveling the natural earth. Also padding the ditch with a base Layer of sand, installing pipes and connections. backfilling with sand soil and mixed aggregate sub base. Paved the road with 10 cm thick by using Concrete asphalt pavement. We participated successfully as a subcontractor to parsons and performed all of the work specified on this project except detailed design. Excavated the foundation performed excavated and poured Concrete footings. Cast in site ways, cast floors, roofs. Provided and installed prefabricated steel structure for searching shades, reinforced Concrete deck. Concrete asphalt pavement. Providing guard rails and lighting and provision and installation of two pumping sets with electrical boards and panels.
We worked as a sub-Contractor to Parsons and executed all the specified work in the Contract in addition to design.
